Unit #2 is one level up and accessible from the courtyard entrance. It faces Royal Street and the bar across the street has lots of neighborhood friendlies with music some nights. It is open until the week hours of the morning. There is no elevator.
It is one bedroom with a king size bed and a whirlpool tub in the full bath along with a three-quarter bath. This is the only unit with two bathrooms. The large living room has a sleep sofa and can easily accommodate four guests. The apartment is large and gracious
This is a 19th Century carriage house converted to separate units over 40 years ago. There are NO units that are handicap accessible OR handicap equipped. Access to some units have steep and narrow stairs. There is no elevator.
