Unit #1 is a one bedroom which faces Royal Street. It is shot-gun style. One enters into the kitchen/dining then into the bedroom and onto the living room.
It has hardwood floors and a sleep sofa. It is perfect for two guest and can accommodate four guests.
It is not wheelchair accessible. There are two steps into this unit.
The R Bar is across the street and is a very friendly place with music and lots of locals. It is open until the wee hours of the morning. If you like to stay up late and sleep in this unit is perfect!
This is a 19th Century carriage house converted to separate units over 40 years ago. There are NO units that are handicap accessible OR handicap equipped. Access to some units have steep and narrow stairs. There is no elevator.
