Unit #6 is at the back of the courtyard and up one level. It is two bedrooms and one bath with tub. There is a full eat-in kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows. The balcony view is of the neighboring street and Marigny rooftops.
This is a 19th Century carriage house converted to separate units over 40 years ago. There are NO units that are handicap accessible OR handicap equipped. Access to some units have steep and narrow stairs. There is no elevator.
